I see a lot of complaints about the late delivery of the Android 13 update for the S21 models, rightly so. No formal roll out schedule was published here in SA. While this a weakness, I also find it deplorable that no security updates have been rolled out for November and December. This is shocking. People who purchase the Galaxy models are customers and as such should be afforded the after sales service that comes with these expensive phones. Phone security is paramount, more so than software updates. The generic responses from the Samsung Community managers are simply not good enough. People need dates when these issues cause frustration and anger in some cases.
