Kindly note the rollout has began for Android 13 has begun. Software updates are rolled out in batches and the rollout is region and model dependent, once available for your model you will receive an update to install the software

If they are rolled out in batches, should flagships be prioritised in each area? How is it that non flagship devices in some countries are receiving updates before flagship devices in SA?

Is been a few weeks and still no update for rhe XFA version of the S21 Ultra (G998B).
I've seen Note 20 Ultras and A53/52s already got the update for the region. Any idea when the S21 Ultra will get the update?
