Galaxy S"I'm sorry to know that you are unable to play in HD 1080P and zooming also not working.
For Zooming issue, please clear cache the Prime Video app and check for any update for Prime Videos. Some movies or TV shows does not support or allowed to Zoom the default resolution, it is set by the content owners who made that content.
For HD streaming, at this time HD video playback is not available on your Android device. You can watch HD Movies and TV shows on the following devices:
-- Selected Samsung mobile devices.
-- Fire tablets.
-- PC & Mac streaming.
-- iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch (running iOS 7 and above).
-- Compatible HD TVs from LG, Samsung and Sony.
If you try to watch a HD video on a device that doesn’t support High Definition playback, we'll automatically provide a Standard Definition (SD) version of the video to watch on that device.
I agree that you need to get a resolution on this complaint. But when the compatibility is not allowed for Android mobile devices. It takes some time to bring the HD feature for mobile devices. But already you can able to access the Videos in your mobile with High quality which reaches up to 480P to 720P when connected to WiFi. The only thing is you are not getting 1080P."
even they don't have any resolution for the problem.
and they say only few Samsung devices are supported and that doesn't include it's flagship model ?
