Hi all I am using S23 Ultra and i am not able to play HD or Full HD quality on any of the movies on amazon prime video since 8 months it's issue with the phone only . I have called amazon prime customer care and completely sorted out it's not problem from their end. Please help me to sort this issue out.

On quality settings choose quality to best quality

If not then you dont have a subscription for 4k or 1080p

I have faced similar problem in my s23..I just restarted my device ,it worked for me.

For Amazon Prime, internet speed matters. If internet speed is slow, it will not play HD quality.
