Amazon Prime videos are not playing in full scree

Search for camera cutout option under display settings and update the respective option for amozon prime video application

I did try out camera cutout option but it still does not show the video in full screen...I guess it happens only on particular content....I observed this while watching "Yodha" movie on Prime Video.

Check with another movie.. i too faced this issue. Nothing was showing to change in full screen app settings. I tried the option "show camera cutout" for prime video and it worked

Click on more (three dots) and choose the zoom option. Amazon prime videos are not avaliable in full screen

It might increase the video size a bit, but it does not show the content in full screen like it does on other samsung phones. I have other samsung phones like S20 FE and S23 FE...It shows the content in proper full screen on those phones.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get this issue on the ears of Samsung Technical team who can help to resolve the issue with some software update may be.

I don't know how, but the Prime Videos are now playing in full screen without modifying camera cutout option. Issue got solved.
