Recently updated to UI7 and the Now bar is NOT always displayed on the lock screen. It displays the media player only when some music is playing.

Shouldn't the bar be displayed all times. That's what my understanding from the launch videos.

Please suggest.

No. Its built that way to protect the battery life.
