Am I the only one who has not received the August security patch on the A36

Hi flocks I'm a bit concern about my device I have the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G and it has received the security patch for August also my S25 Ultra but my A36 has not why it's now September

If your A36 is on quarterly update plan then it means your next update will be in October my guy

I don't get it coz my S25 Ultra and A56 5G has received the August even my S23 Ultra A16 4G and A26

The S series gets monthly updates and the A50x series as for the A16 and A26 it might be due to the fact if these devices got last patch in May thats why they got updated in August

Quarterly means updated once every 3 months in a year so your device should get like 4 patches in a year.
As for your question why so far?Its cause you are on the July patch so you do the math

like what dose this quarterly update plan means if you were to explain in depth i like that you know these stuff I was a bit worried I've also experienced some issues with the A36 my camera randomly says failed when I try taking photos the phone use to overheat at first but now it's better.

You dont need to return your phone cause its on quarterly updates plan you are not the only one who has a phone on this update cycle.Samsung decides what devices gets updates montly,quarterly or bianually this is part of a structure not device malfunctioning.Only if Samsung feels like or its urgent security issue then Samsung might bless you with August/September patch
