Always on Display- Facewidgets

My Galaxy S10plus having a trouble with AOD.

AOD has special features of Facewidgets which i use a lot.

After resetting my phone I'm unable to use this feature

hmm, sometimes it happens due to some app installation, here is my suggestion, goto settings-->Apps search for AOD click on it, on Storage and then clear cache and data.
restart the phone, u will be prompted to install a latest version of AOD from Galaxy app store.
things should to be back as bfore 👍🖐

Thanks for that, i actually did all of that.

My main problem is i am unable to use the facewidget feature.
On my lock screen when AOD is on below that it is promoting with message-'double tap here to learn how to use always on display'.
And when i double tap that it is not working

can u capture these sequences using record screen and paste it here, I believe INDIACYBER was asking the same ss(screen shot)

Please follow these steps:
1) Go to settings
2) Select Lock screen
3) Select AOD
4) Select Face widgets
5) Then Double tap on AOD
job done👍

NOTE: ALSO KEEP FACE WIDGETS AOD OPTION ON
