it's airtel issue , when you get this issue, try dialing *121# and then try calling again. It happens when you use a lot of internet, mostly in 2g, that's the only solution i got

first you have check it your mobile in 4g or 3g because airtel does not support 4g voice call so if you mobile network in 4g then u cant receive calls because airtel have downgrade network 3g or 2g to receive call
kindly check it 3g or 2g mode if you problem has solve then its not phone or software problem
