I updated my phone on 5th Oct'25 and after 3 days of update, green line appeared on display. I'm using this device since last 3 years, I bought it in Sep'22. The device is being handled with extreme care. The phone was never drenched in water/ in contact with water but still green line has appeared. After reading details online, I got to know that it's due to UI 7.0 software update. Software updates are suppose to improve device functionality and not damage the phone. Kindly check as I want a free screen replacement as there was no human error involved here.
i too got the same issue today after the yesterdays software update. i was also using it with extreme care and havent got any physical damage till today. hoping that the sceen will get replaced.. 😕
As per your concern, we would request you kindly visit the service centre and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
Bro your phone crossed 3 years so it's out of warranty now continue use it until you buy new phone......green line issue is normal in s21 fe after one ui 7 nearly 70% of users got green line in s21 fe after one ui 7
