After recent software updates my samsung health step counter stopped working. How to undo software update. Why Samsung are releasing bad software updates in name of security updartes. Anybody faced this issue. Mine is s24 ultra.

Try some tricks :-
The avo
1. Uninstall app updates.
2. Give all permission like location [all time]; nearby devices; Physical activity. This type permission.
3. Will you test beta ?

4. Try to factory reset phone.

I definitely sure, this things help to fix or wait one ui 7 fix this. Write now they try one ui beta in high end mobiles. Something they give us bugs through security update patch.

Please try above options if it fix let me know. Don't worry if you want to know anything i will help.

Looks like same issue again happened with new software upgrade. Dear samsung. If you cant do software upgarde properly please dont release it. Pathetic service. I checked support team also. They dont have any clue. Its clearly software issue. Thank god support team dint say mother board needs to change. This is std answer. Samsung can you avoid screwing up phome with software

Looks like need to downgrade this upgrade. Guys please dont install latest upgrade.. having lots of bugs. Health app dont even have option to send error logs. As mentioned by suppprt team. I am sure even if send error report you guys cant solve this. Since support team could not do anything. . Really pathetic samsung health app. Need to switch to other may be google fit. Or switch phone itself. High end phone also having these issues. I wonder whats with low end or mid range.
