200Mp camera performance worst after update. I turned off scene optimizer. Still photos saturation after processing. Anyone solve this. And r u facing same issue please tell me

Their cameras are having a tough time. Lenses are not transitioning properly. Jittery. Zoom in and out has also become jittery many a times.

Plus if you look carefully, "while holding your hand still and while transitioning between lenses, the objects/scenery kind of shift/move. Let me share a small video on this. Try on your phone also.

Looks like issues at hands for Samsung... Hope samsung listens and rectifies this issue... They have a history of being very stubborn when it comes to accepting issues... leave its rectification...

Looks like they have disabled video uploading. Maybe because of the fire it created amongst people. Kind of a revolution. They would have feared their sales dipping after my video.

It's the case right now with everyone buddy. They should be able to fix this with an update. Don't worry. You can use the "pro" mode in the meantime. Tweaking is possible there.

Check the physical condition of your camera lens.

1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.

Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

If the issue has not been resolved then Reset camera settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).
