Turn off auto blocker from security & privacy in settings. If my information was helpful then do accept this as solution...

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Disable Auto Blocker: Settings> Security and Privacy> Auto Blocker> Then turn it Off.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
