Adaptive Icon Animation Missing

S21 FE Exynos Doesn't Have The Adaptive Icon Animation.

The Snapdragon Variants do have it and it used to be there in OneUI 4.1

I am referring to the old animations, which were present on OneUI 4.1
Other phones like s21 FE Snapdragon have it still
