I wanna know two simple things that, is this smartphone comes with water & dust resistance?  That means is it officially comes with IP68 rating? And what about the sound quality of this device? Is it louder for hearing the rintones?

No certified ip rating is present in this model. And there is only one speaker. But that's loud good enough.
