1.After updating to one ui 6.1, I am not able to customize separately for AOD(Always On Display),whatever lock screen clock face has customized, the AOD also takes the same
2.One more issue also with AOD that its brightness is so low that,it's almost invisible.
3. Neither auto brightness is applicable nor it's adjusting it's brightness when we increase display brightness..

Basis your query, we want to inform you that some customized options of the Always-on display feature have been removed from the device after the UI 6.1 update. This is the concept of the One UI 6.1 version. Moreover, we are taking valuable feedback and our team acknowledges it. It will be helpful to us in the future to make our services better.
It's not about only only removal of customization in one ui 6.1..but it's another problem with brightness issue..so u have to push an update..bcz it's a functional issue and a bug..accept it and instead of makeking excuses push an update asap..
