I bought my mobile on July 2017. On that time of unboxing I notice that my Akg earphone got tangle in 4 place. I asked about this to sales executive they told that this is normal. But now I facing to many problems and asked about this problem in samsung service too they didn't even responding I never expect this from samsung

Any one got akg like this.

It's not normal. it is damaged. Get it replaced. May be it's a very old stock.

already one year finished that akg warranty only for 6 months..throw that away and buy new one

This is very common issue with AKG earphones of Samsung, i have also faced this issue with three such ear phones.
