AI core failing to downloading(i don't know what & why it is download)

My notification panel showing Ai core is downloading and failed...what is this..?...Its started downloading automatically without my consent...and why its failed...is this important or not? Any clarification..?

Try restarting your phone, check your internet connection, click on that notification for more info if it doesn't get solved.

I also don't think it's legitimate, you should manually cancel it. Could be harmful malware!
