Galaxy S1) Settings > connections > mobile networks > check- network mode JIO is set to 5G/LTE/3G/2G(auto connect)
2) try with some other 5G enabled sim.
3) Insert the sim in sim slot 1 and try again(if the 5G enabled sim was in sim slot 2).
P.S.
(Both sim slots are 5G enabled), So it's just firing an arrow in dark... it might work or will remain the same.
If still the problem persists then it's better to get an expert advice from samsung care nearest to you.
