Go to settings - connections - mobile network - access point names - select sim 1 or 2 - bearer - select only LTE and NR uncheck unspecified.
Restart
Will connect only 4G and 5G also saves lot of battery

Yes. In fact for the last one month I was using Jio 5G uninterruptedly. Don't know what happened yesterday evening, this "no 5g" issue occurs

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time,restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Tried all sir. The only option left is hard reset/ full format my phone. It seems my s23 is converted into 4G from 5G in just 1 day 😰
