3x to 5x Lens transition clearly lagging from past 1.5 month

I have been observing significant lag while switching lens from 3x to 5x from past 1.5 month on my s24 ultra. (My phone is up to date with the latest updates). Hopefully samsung will fix this in their next software update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your query, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

● Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
●Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
●Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Ha ha...it's already there from the samsung launch.. search about this in youtube.. that's a hardware level fault..google it

Actually its not hardware related, i just cleared my camera app cache and data, it resolved.

It's clearly visible..but they matched with animations in 6.1..check in 4.9x 5.0x
