Galaxy SAlso the PowerBank is slim and rounded at edges as compared to others so its easy to carry too...
Also it charges the device descently like no heating issue or anything as such.. you can go for it if you want a good powerbank, otherwise there isn't one available with 25 watt...
There is one samsung PowerBank you can find offline but don't go for it.. it says 15 watt but maxes out at 10..

Galaxy SWhich basically means that it will prove the current to the phone as per the phone requires it... you kinda say it Smart charging... but its nothing but basically PD and QC protocols which samsung supports..
Also customer care will deny you for that, i fact they will suggest you to go for Samsung 10 watt because they are told to do so...

Galaxy SSee the lowest output of 25watt charger is 3.3V 2.25 A which is equal to 7.5 watt... but that doesn't mean that 25 watt charger always charges the phone at 7 watt... it does in extreme conditions like very high device or battery temp or when the device is under heavy use or when the device is about to be fully charged... also if you see they have put a Voltage range between 3.3 to 11 watt at different Current output... and that is how it keeps the optimum charging.. like the watt keeps fluctuating between 7 to 25 watt... and also fun fact... after 90 percent charge every device just gets back to low charging... of you don't believe me try using some Charging Test app you'll get to know...
You can also test it yourself.. when you heavily use your device, connect it with a chager it will take time to charge... and when you doesn't use a device then connect it with the charger it will charge fast... also there are multiple factors of heat that alters the charging speed like the temp of charger or powerbank, temperature of Device battery, temperature of device SoC, ambient temp etc...
