Somebody give some pros and cons about 15W charger and 25W Charger. 15W charger came with the box. So i tried 15W charger for a month and now i am using 25W charger. I have seen fast draining After charging from 25W charger is it because of Fast charging or Anything else? Can Someone Explain that 15W charger is better or 25W charger is better. How much charge time both takes. And After 5-6 months of 25W Charger Used i am seeing Slow Charging From 25W charger. How can i fix that also from my super fast charger(25WPD)

Cause your phone heats a little less with 15w and also make sure that you are using original samsung 25w charger.

Can You Please Tell me This is Real Or Not. I brought the charger from blinkit20240602_124838_1000064599_1717312718.jpg20240602_125636_1000064603_1717313197.jpg20240602_125640_1000064604_1717313200.jpg20240602_125651_1000064605_1717313211.jpg

If you are unsure with Samsung original charger, I will recommend you to use a Baseus Gan5 PD charger. I'm using a 30-watt Baseus Gan5 in my S20 5G. the charging is super fast and also no heating issues.

You can check the test below by an expert. He ranked Baseus best quality among Anker, Ugreen, etc. https://youtu.be/I4T7YwHHeGE?si=n7wWOAbEMUYTuFo8

Hi, Is your phone updated to 6.0 or above? I also bought a GaN charger of 25w for my S22, but it doesn't show 'super fast charging'.

You need to turn on super fast charging from battery setting. And also use a Fast charging supported cable. 30w or 60w cable.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Galaxy device slow charging issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/my-galaxy-device-is-not-fast-charging-how-do-i-fix...

Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e. please charge the device in switched-off condition for 10 minutes.

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel > Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Kindly check if ''Multiple applications'' are running in the background of the device.

When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device. This happens with most electronic devices (even computers/laptops), including the devices of other manufacturers. Close all the background running apps when not using them.

Avoid usage of mobile phones during charging. Usage of the mobile phone when charging may cause slow charging issues. So we recommend you avoid the usage of the mobile phone while charging.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
