Dear Samsung, 

We are hearing a lot of green line issues in Samsung mobiles. I personally have seen 2 flagship mobiles(S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra) which my family itself are using and having the same problem. I am using S24 Ultra and my sister in law is using Flip 6 (bought 3 months ago). 
I have strongly believed in Samsung and have bacame one of the family members and to my bad luck I am seeing all these issues now. 
May be since my mobile S24 ultra and Z Flip 6 are newer one's, we might not faced it still. But one day we also might be caught to it once they get older. 

I used to not only buy mobiles for my family but also suggested so many people to buy Samsung. Now I am really thinking bad about it like why I wasted their money as like we wasted our's. When complained the same in members app, it is giving an essay, where I have done all the things what the samsung team replied. 
Finally when I contacted Samsung Service, they simply said, for both of them you need to change the displays where S20 Ultra costs around 23,000/- and S21 Ultra costs 26,000/- including GST. 
Firstly, I would like to ask why the green line issue is displaying. And all these happened after software update only. 

Previously we heard rumours on Apple that, to buy new mobiles, Apple is downgrading the battery life in the previous models. I think that rumour is made real in Samsung or else why these are happening now a days where there were no such kind of issues earlier. So we are gifted with these issue for spending around 1,20,000/- money on each mobile. 
These are my overall spendings on Samsung mobiles 
1. S4 mini 
2. S6 Edge 
3. S7 Edge 
4. S10 
5. S20 Ultra 
6. S21 Ultra 
7. S24 Ultra 
8. ZFlip 6 
and also some middle range mobiles,
1. M31s 
2. M11 
3. M21 
around 5,80,000/- spent on Samsung and this is the way you treat us. 

Most of them are bought on my mobile number only, you can check dear Samsung. 
Really very poor from you Samsung. Hope this is reason why I wanted to shif for another brand (planning for iPhone 17 Pro Max) and would not suggest Samsung to anyone anymore. 
Again for this message also I will receive an essay to perform some actions and finally ask me to reach Samsung service center.

Thank you for sharing... In my opinion, seeing so many similar posts, it feels like the best way to enjoy premium mobiles like iPhones and Samsung's S series is not by switching to a new brand, but by switching countries. If you are in US, neither iPhone nor Samsung would treat you poorly.
The issue here is not how much you invested in Samsung.. You couldn't be anymore wrong about this one.
The issue here is you are an indian customer and Samsung don't care about a teeny-tiny margin of their market like India.
That's my take on these issues because literally the entire community is crying about green white line issues or some other bug, but Samsung is only uploading generic replies, knowing that you have no choice but to invest more money....

Good one still Samsung expect it's customers to beg for free replacement for Green line problem it's created by samsung poor display quality .Samsung must help it's customers
