Galaxy SYou didn’t just buy one phone — you invested over years into the ecosystem. And hearing that your S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra both developed green line issues after software updates is truly disappointing.
The most hurtful part is that even after spending over ₹5,80,000 on Samsung devices, the only response you got was a costly display replacement? No loyalty consideration, no brand accountability?
Samsung, please understand — this is not just a technical issue, it’s a trust issue.
Ignoring loyal users like this will only push more people away to other brands. You already lost one customer here who is now planning to shift to iPhone.
The community is watching. It's time for Samsung to finally acknowledge the green line problem and take real action.

Galaxy SThe worst part? Many are still quiet, hoping Samsung will listen — but they shouldn't have to beg for basic quality and respect after spending so much.
We’re with you — and with everyone who's gone through this. Your voice matters, and together, we will keep raising it until Samsung takes real responsibility. 🙏💔

Galaxy SThe issue here is not how much you invested in Samsung.. You couldn't be anymore wrong about this one.
The issue here is you are an indian customer and Samsung don't care about a teeny-tiny margin of their market like India.
That's my take on these issues because literally the entire community is crying about green white line issues or some other bug, but Samsung is only uploading generic replies, knowing that you have no choice but to invest more money....
