cache cleaning can be done in various ways

from recovery mode , or by selecting each and every app ..

If I'm not wrong, then I think you are taking about Samsung default storage cleaner.They removed it in recent Device care update.So now you can't clean cache with this app but you can use any trusted 3rd party app.
