take M21 because it comes with preloaded android 10 and m30s comes with pie so will have advantage of one major software update except that everything is same in both the devices

m21 is better

m21 is 20 mp camera whereas m30s 16mp
m21 will get more update as it launched after m30s.
except these all are same
but always go with latest model
