galaxy on nxt has software update ,were its upgradable to android 9 ,but  for my device its upgradable only with android  8 ,can i get next update !!!!!!! kindly send the update asap!!

Your device will never get Android 9. It's time to change device now!

Yours is J7 series. This series was launched with Android 6 (Marshmallow).

As per Samsung's update policy, your device is upgradable only up to Android 8.

Some J7 series devices were announced to get Android 9 but It depends on your chipset.

If it is not supported, you'll not get the update. And more important, please do not try to install unsupported update as it can brick the device.
