Bluetooth issue

To resolve Bluetooth connectivity concern, kindly follow below steps:



1. Both devices should be under Bluetooth range.


2. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Connections > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Tap the settings icon next to the Bluetooth device > Unpair).
Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device


3. Go to the settings>>apps>show systemapp by clickingon 3 dot>Bluetooth>>storage>> clear cache.


4. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>Bluetooth).
