Some people are saying that Samsung has changed their policy about updates. But as of now there is no official statement. I don't think the phones with Samsung experience will get further future Major OS updates. Forget about android 10. You may get android 9 if you're lucky enough and Samsung do change their policy in your favour.

I'm not talking about the 3 years os update. Some users of j7 max were claiming that Samsung is now considering to give the 2nd major os update to the old devices.

j7 max users going mad thatswhy 🤣🤣 that device received only 1 os update because it's kernel soft Api cts even not compatible for Android pie officially......and it's impossible to rolled back os update where Android 2.0 is running ( not 2.1 or 2.5 it's because those are not os by Google..it's Samsung made own ui interface)
