See frnd u r useing J7 nxt and it have already upgrated to the latest OS update u will not getting the Android 10 update.

Samsumg provides two major updates on a device like J7 nxt or On7 Prime...and security patch updates Samsung will not give us every major OS updates
..if u want to experience the Android 10 then u should update an new Samsung mobile which is running Android 9.0 by it was manufactured then u should get Android 10 (Q)
