Dear Samsung Recently all brands make their mobile update date to new android versions. But only samsung can cheat their customers by giving update schedule notices in samsung members. For the past one year samsung keep updating oreo from higher end models to lower end models .Even in the samung experience they shows partiality between high and low models . Even the update is unwanted bcoz SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE is very worst .There's no changes found for Nougat and Oreo .The same feel has been showed after installing oreo.Try to satisfy customers.
dude every model have different configuration and if samsung provide update then ur phone is become slow and hang because update is heavy so dont blame to company
bro other brands also have various model but still they are quick to provide updates.. Samsung being big brand it should be be quicker than these brands.. but samsung is cheating its existing customers by not providing updates on old mobiles but to new product range. cheat samsung.
