Charging Issue

It takes 3 hours to charge from 26 to 100%..
And it discharges slowly from 100% to 20% and fasten rate of discharge from 20% to 5% and sometime turns off at 5%.. 😢😢 Dispointed from new update.. That 25 Mb update..

Thanks for query. We would like to inform you that this handset is enriched with most powerful features.Kindly follow below mentioned steps to overcome the issue:
1) We recommend you to charge your handset with original wall charger that came with your handset sales pack.
2) Check whether UPS mode Or PS mode Activated.(if yes Deactivate it during charging).
3) Kindly clean the charging point of your charger and battery with a dry and soft cotton cloth to remove unwanted accumulation of dust/waste material.
4) Kindly follow the standered charging procedure ( Charge your device for 150 minutes on switch off mode)
