Battery Issue on J7 Prime (on nxt)

Dear SAMSUNG,

Battery taking too much time to full as seen in screenshot
83%-88% taking 30min time for 5%
And its coming 88%-83% (charger is connected)
And battery draining too fast as compared to other mobiles like MI, LG, & NOKIA
Sir please send an update to solve this problem
Battery taking approx 7-8hrs to full
SAMSUNG doesn't showing interest on this problem
Users are complaining about this problem,
Now SAMSUNG definately going to lose their customers😡😠
Bcoz there is no use of SAMSUNG members application and the service centers.
Thank you for this sh*t mobile SAMSUNG and i never going to buy any SAMSUNG product😠

on nxt dont have any issues regarding battery .battery is better than before
