youtube pop up view on Note9

I am not able to get YouTube floating screen or pop up view on my Note9. Can anyone tell me which settings should i check to get i right.

And install YouTube vanced.
Its a modded YouTube apk, with amoled theme and picture in picture mode available. And it has a built-in ad blocker as well.
No root needed.

open YouTube, go to recent apps screen and tap on YouTube icon then select "open in popup view".
