why samsung? why this annoying spamming?

Everwhere in samsung i see new note 20 ultra plagued with advertisements.. seriously samsung.. mend your ways of customer satisfaction. Who the frick needs advertisements plastered over a simple weather app.. this is seriously forcing me to shift to apple..if you do not solve this issue

..even after complete reset of handset..see what happened..without even adding any account.. its a well knows issue and here are links so that you can see

Since samsung could not do anything except unwanted response.. i could manage to get rid of ads..here is what you have to do..chandging DNS solved the **bleep**.. thanks samsung for no help whatsoever

the reply i got shows how narrow knowledge does service executives have..
