very low scores on geekbench 5

 Hello I bought Samsung note 10 lite some days back and I ran geekbench 5 and I got very low scores 

Single score around 310 and multi score of 1300 it's so less I ever disabled all battery saving features apps were cleaned from background optimized and all

Other note 10 lite manages to score 600 and 2000 

I am attaching mine score and my friend's note 10 lite score 

Please tell me any solution

please whatsapp samsung care they will update you if any fixes needed

all they are saying is it's third party app we can't do anything but when they use it in launch events then this is not third party app
