apple having own os ,so they are giving updates for all phones,,but andriod is from google ,Samsung buying from Google, if samsung give updates for all phones means they will not earn profit,next is if they keep on giving updates means you will use same mobile for 5 years,Samsung need you to change their mobile for every two years,so change your mobile or change the brand depends upon yours,,you have buy apple or google phone they will only provide updates for many years

That's a false logic ! Samsung is paying android not for single version ! they are paying for an whole os , they can provide updates

even Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi providing MIUI updates even tho it's within same Android Version , they give security patch and Samsung is weak in that tho 😵😵😵

That's all for Note 8 and Samsung Flagship is only for 2 years and after that , customers have to move to next flagship if they need update and Samsung will never become Apple In software updates 🤢

Apple is the only brand to provide updated for Assured 5 years and after that they will provide security patches !

android won do that and option is to use custom Rom over the stock one after lack of further updates!

Samsung did not commit giving updates with purchase of phone. Dont buy Samsung next time and go for apple. Dont compare oranges to apple. It is not birthright of getting updates🤪
