unwanted websites popping up

hello i have been facing this issue from last couple of days in which an unwanted webpage pop-up in browser whenever i am using some application or sometimes right after i unlock my cellphone. I made settings to block pop-ups inside browser and even disabled chrome and uninstalled some of the apps that i downloaded recently that might have kickstarted this error but still the web page is opening even in samsung browser since i disabled chrome.

This is some virus/trojan. Factory reset yr phone or try some virus scanners. It is bcause u have installed some app or downloaded some file which is taking control of the phone. Even yr data is not safe.

avoid this type of websites..
these are just flash ads.

download and install CLEAN MANSTER and scan for virus, surely it can dectect virus completely, after that you will never face with unwanted ads, i also faces the same

i faced the same problem.
follow this steps-

1.go to settings
2.open applications
3.go to the bottom of the list of apps(the end of the list)
4.u will find a nameless app that is completely white
5.uninstall it
6. voilaaa!!
