My note 9 unable to do screen mirroring in my hp laptop but my A9 pro is connected

>>>Please follow the steps of screen mirroring from Samsung phone to DTV/laptop via SmartView.

Step 1: Swipe down the Notification panel.
Step 2: Select screen SmartView option from notification panel.
Step 3: Enable SmartView.
Step 4: Select the desired device.
Step 5: Tap to connect TV model number.
Step 6: Notification bar will appear on the TV screen and select. Allow to give permission to connect your device.
Step 7: Phone is connected with TV. Now you can share the mobile content with TV.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
