I'm from Bangladesh, my note 20 ultra snapdragon. Version ( sm n9860) stuck in November security update ui 2.5 , after that i didn't receive any update . What to do?

Also a note 20 ultra SD user from Bangladesh and not getting it. The thing which disturbs me most is that my friend's s10 lite got that ! 😑
