It's been 3 days since my phone is showing fast charging instead of superfast charging, Firstly I thought it's just a minor problem as the adapter changes the watts according to requirement.But when I tested my previous 15 watt charger on my note 10 plus ,it shows the same remaining time as my 25 watt charger.I have tried all the things like restarting, reset the settings,toggled the fast charging button on care on and off,tried on other sockets ,started in safe mode but none worked still displaying the same fast charging instead of superfast charging.#superfastcharging #note10plus not working.Any useful suggestion will be helpful
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB cable).
> Once check the charging with 45 Watt charger.
If still issue not resolved, please register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
