split screen and navigation bar color options .

Hi.

I do not see split screen options in my note 9 along with changing navigation bar color. 

The model is SM- N960F . software 9 pie .

Can any one help me out ," how to do this".

I searched every where in settings ... could not locate both.  Now I am at the result,May be my phone are not loaded with these things options?

you need two apps
"Multistar" for split screen color
"Navstar" for navigation bar color
