Note 10 plus after android 11 and factory reset. 

Dont know what happened? But i was unable to do anything only option was to restart. Check the weird screen shot.

Anyone faced the same?

must have interrupted during booting process try flashing your phone or connect to pc with samsung suit and upgrade it again that should fix it.

Any way try flashing or upgrade via Samsung connect app that it should work
