Snapchat notification are not coming even after change the setting to don't optimize snapchat please resolve this problem as soon as possible

long press the Snapchat app icon and go to app info then scroll down click notification, if it is turned off then turn it on.

go to settings > notification > down you will get " see all " tap on it > from there you can turn on or off

Have you checked under Device Care > Battery > App Power Management
Try adding app to list not to put to sleep
