Galaxy NoteClear Cache Partition
Most of the common bugs problems gets solved with this task. Dont worry your data will be safe
1. First Switch off the Phone, then Press and hold Power Button + Volume Up (Simultaneously), as Samsung Logo appears release the Power button but keep holding Volume Up.
2. "Android System Recovery" will appear, you have to control the functions with Physical buttons.
Select, "Wipe Cache Partition" with Power Button. Select "Yes".
Wait for the system cache partition to clear.
Select the Reboot option to return to normal device usage.
If problem gets solved, with abovesaid step, click 3 dots above comment and Click "Accept Solution"
If doesn't, do factory reset.

Don't Over Charge your Phone
Continuous charging over long periods can slightly reduce battery life.
Extended usage in very hot environments can reduce battery performance and life.

Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue:-
1) We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.,
2) Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.,
3) Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
4) Kindly open Device care from settings> Battery > Please tap on 3dots(more option) at the top right hand side> please select settings> enable fast cable charging.
6) Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
After following the above steps if issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app Samsung member> get help> Error reports> Select Symptom category > describe problem in detail and Send.
