I went to the service center today and was denied the FOC replacement as its an overseas purchase. But i have not came across any such condition stating that the FOC replacement policy is applicable to only phone baought in India. Can anyone please advise ?

It is Samsung india who is offering foc. And they don't care about overseas product.there might be some agreement between them.
