My Note 10 plus 1 month old started randomly rebooting after a week of purchase.

Random restart of this 80k crap after a week of purchase. Its high time samsung...review urself what u r offering to ur premium loyal customer. I m with you sansung from 2011 Note till 2019. 

Smartphone cafe guys wont tell u that u can get a replacement within 14 days. Service centre will update ur firmware and wont open job sheet to ditch u.

Most probably..this note 10 plus will be my last samsung phone

When does your device reboots? Does it reboots during the night? Or while your phone is idle?

bro ...it reboots any time of the day or night. auto restart is OFF.

Is it happening after a recent software update? If so, do a factory reset. That would reset the cached data and restore your phone to normal.

Or if you don't want to reset but check whether its caused by a faulty app, try rebooting it into safe mode and check whether the problem persists.

bro appreciate your efforts alot ...i have tried all this in sequential manner. Factory reset was last i did 4 days back. firmware updated by sam serv centre on 24th oct. all activities...cache wipe etc done. its a hardware fault i believe

yes...absolutely...this is what i did..no app pic or music in my phone after reset which i did days back. 209 gb avail now. phone rebooted once today morn. lets see how much more times this happens. utter shame on this company charging a premium amount on these garbage phones. this is not the 1st time i m suffering. my note5 undergone 2 repairs for charging port. note 7 i bought from UAE also had to be returned back in 2 weeks. I never wanted to upgrade from note9 but it was an impulsive decision and now i m suffering. at least such surprises u don't get to see with other companies

i don't agree or disagree on that but i feel that parts are not manufactured rather they are only assembled in G Noida factory..but yes the issues started coming to sam phones from few years
