regarding wifi calling

There is no option of wifi calling in galaxy note9 while  'setting-apps-system apps-wifi calling' clearly shows the app but not found

Go to settings.. then connections .. then wifi calling.. enable it.
As of now only airtel has implemented it for some devices. Wait for 2-3 months to get it. The option should be there in note 9.

How to set app launcher in note9 so that app were appear from up to down instead of left to right

thats called app drawer layout and transition.
it is not present in default.
You can download any launcher for this from playstore or galaxy store and install it and set it as default launcher.
