I just bought the Galaxy Note 20 and are trying to redeem my voucher, but it keeps telling me that my e-mail is invalid. I have checked it and the adress is valid. Why is this happening? Anybody maybe can assist?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps in order to process the claim

 

1. Please check that your Samsung Account on the device is correct.

2. Uninstall the Samsung Members app, then re-install it again

3. Sign in with your Samsung Account on the Samsung Members app.

4. Check for the banner under "Benefits"

i have done all the was required to redeem on the 24/09 and since then Samsung has not done anything the only message you get is that it have been escilated and thats where it stops...absolutly pathetic

I have the same issue, where ever you complain they just going to tell you it has been escalated. I held on for more than 30 min to speak to an agent...its more than 2 weeks ago..Samsung just don't care about the customers. FACT

I had the same issue. entered 3 different email addresses about 10 times. eventually it accepted but it was infuriating
