power on issues

I am currently using note 10 lite from one month and my mobile is running on latest software. Now I am facing a problem when I power on my mobile some weird booting menu is appearing which did not happen in near past. Please suggest is it general software bug or a problem with the device itself?

what kind of message on that menu?

its something like old menu for factory reset and booting device in older Android devices which seeks us to use power and volume buttons for navigation and selection

u can do one thing that reset/format your device.
or better to visit service centre
but if you will reset take backup through smart switch

press this wipe cache partition option then reboot device set by volume up then by pressing power key

how it's look like ? secure startup option like ? does it require patter or password to open device after switching on?
